Rainbow Drive-in - Ewa Beach

We were about to order but the person taking the order needs more training on how to be a better employee. She doesnt seem to like her job and her tone of voice sends you vibes to hurry up and get out of my face. So, we ended up not getting lunch and just bought slushie float. Oh the next group of girls behind us did the same. They backed off from ordering food.

Convenient location for when you can't make it to the original in Kapahulu and the air-condition is nice.

Order a hamburger steak plate. The worst I’ve ever seen. Ordered at 730pm prime time. Looked like ready made gravy. Patties paper thin and dry. Just flat out terrible. Never again. Giving rainbow drive-in a bad name. Not even hand made looks all bought and warmed up. Seriously rather eat salsburry steak. Or better yet. Go eat at loco moco down the road.

Ok this location stopped serving brkfst M-F only weekends. So today I ordered brkfst special w/bacon French toast. Sad to say FT brown outside BUT soggy inside,like it wassitting in batter...brkfst cook needs to work on FT

Rainbow Drive-In is no longer in business. They closed unexpectedly without any notice. The location has now transitioned to Ahi Vegetable. It's disappointing, as there are many better dining options in town, and I probably won't miss Rainbow Drive-In. I suggest removing this listing.
