Sushi Osaka Ya - Évreux

Like all Japanese restaurants, after containment has changed the habits of customers who have used to the sale to take away... it has the consequence of emptying restaurants, limiting user-friendliness between customers, restaurateurs and devitalizing city centers. This address has the advantage of bringing a little more nightlife to the pretty historic street of Evreux, the only one that still has a soul but is getting worse. Only for this reason, taking the lunch or dinner on the spot becomes almost an militant act. On the kitchen, we've known better but also worse. We don't come here to make Japanese gastronomy, but to have healthy and well-prepared products, and if there is freezing in the skewers, it's certainly best when the affluence is not at the rendezvous. So we're not totally enthusiastic but not unhappy either, just understanding. And the boss is pretty nice and welcoming, when we understood her humor. It is also one of the last Japanese of Evreux to have not sacrificed in the fashion of the buffets at will offered by the large areas of the Asian restoration on the outskirts of town. There too effort is laudable.

Not top Chinese pates are those bought in supermarket nems are all soft. Anyway I don't recommend...

Good product and fast service. For the price that is affordable. I ordered to take away and I was served in less than 10min, I am a maki fan and those I tasted here are succulent to try. .

The fish are fresh is good, the skewers are delicious and the friendly restaurants

I order to take around twice a month in this restaurant. I'm never disappointed, both for fish and skewers. In addition, the price quality ratio is correct. There's only one square of fidelity.
