Hotel really very well placed, in front of the lake close to everything. Welcome to the top, servers and staff in general are smiling and serving their client. Special mention to the breakfast team. Don't change anything you're on top
We spent a night in this very pleasant hotel with my wife. Great quality of reception with great professionalism from the reception with MERI which received us in the best ways. The room was spacious, it should be noted the quality of the cleaning staff. There was a balcony overlooking the lake, very pleasant. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool of the sauna and the hammam, which relaxation! In the evening we were able to eat at the Riva, a Thai restaurant partner of the hotel that do a great job, both in culinary quality and in service. The next morning what was my surprise when we took breakfast on the terrace, to find as many choices and extraordinary staff and to little care, I think in particular of WALID ET MEHDI MAHREZ who honors the prestige of this hotel by their professionalism and attention in a detail pushed us to the highest point. For anyone who wants to spend a pleasant relaxing moment I recommend the Evian Hilton without any problems. Thank you very much to all the teams and staff I didn't know.
We stayed a night in this hotel. Clean and spacious room, lake view with trees in front of ... However we had the right to the pretty sunset, friendly staff, common space (couloir) sal; good breakfast but not much choice. (We could have had breakfast free because no staff to welcome us after 5 minutes we settled, no one noticed that there was no service. Small SPA (don't be proud of the photos): small sauna, cold indoor pool and clean edge, hot shower, no jaccuzzi... For me poor quality ratio fortunately we have benefited from an offer via another site even though it seems to me a little expensive. First experience in a mixed hilton...
Amazing hotel... location, staff and everything mind boggling. I wish Hilton properties in North America learn from them on service, quality and how to treat Diamond members and their family. Exceptional. Hilton North America most properties treat Diamond customers not at all what they deserve to be. At least I have not had great experience in last 2 to 3 yrs for sure. Blaming on Covid-19 is not a solution. I guess hotels are riding high right now due to demand and supply.
