She said okay and went back inside the restaurant. After sitting waiting for someone to come out, I decided to go in. The young lady would leave us outside because she had not said anything to anyone. I asked to speak to the manager and explained my dilemma. The manager explained that they are preseasoned and all they do is put them in the fryer. I informed her that I had just paid 46.00 and at a loss. The manager shrugged her shoulders and stated that she was sorry. The service was not good, and the communication was much worse. I am one who tries not to return food or items, but we had been on the road and were in need of something to eat, only to still need to find something else to eat. If you stop here, make sure that you understand your order is your order, and nothing can be done about any mishaps with your food.
The chicken tenders are great, but it really is sad ordering 4 tenders just to get 4 pieces that basically make up 2 tenders you would receive out of a store market.
