Przekaż informację zwrotnąWings with the bone init was good I ordered mild sauce, but it was still spicy for my taste. Loved the french fries. I tryed the sprite from the fountain drink it was FLAT. Had to chang my drink. The place was clean, washroom clean.
I will never order anything from this restaurant again. The chicken tasted old and was tough, and the fries were cold and hard. The wait time was outrageous. To make matters worse, they even asked for a tip. It's clear that the staff needs training, and whoever is in charge of cooking should consider a different career. This is poor business. How can you mess up chicken?
I asked for 10 boneless wings but was rung up for tradition wings which I did not order to begin with. My order was remade and I requested more sauce for one of my wings as well as ranch sauces I paid for. Girl who rung me up was adamant that I asked forsomething that I know I did Not order(boneless not traditional). I was not satisfied after waiting 30mins to begin with and nowhaving a back n forth with worker. They lack good customer service as her for co worker said my receipt didn?t show my requestfor ranch which receipt was irrelevant as I didn?t get my correct food to begin with. If I give them half a star I would.
Terrible experience. The service here is extremely slow. My wings were undercooked and burnt on the outside, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the chicken they use. It's clear that this place is serving subpar, possibly expired food, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear. The staff seemed lazy and unprofessional, which contributed to the overall negative experience. I’m tired of encountering poorly managed chain restaurants like this in the city. Save your money and don’t dine here! Their focus on cutting costs results in terrible food. It’s a shame for the Buffalo Wild Wings brand!
The food was terrible! I really wish I had believed the reviews. My wings tasted like they had been reheated and were mushy on the inside, which made them taste awful. I called to discuss my experience with a manager, but the only solution she provided was for me to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to return the food in order to get a refund. Considering gas is $5 a gallon, my time is valuable. I genuinely want this location to succeed, but they really need to improve.
