Awful customer service. Came in to get a 4 piece honey bbq chicken strip basket, they made it wrong, was forced to pay another 4 dollars to fix their mistake. Paid 15-16 total with a rude worker on top of it.

It's always SUPER dirty inside so I started just going through the drive thru which didn't turn out to be any better.. The workers are never very nice and they take forever and they never put any candy in the blizzards, I always ask for extra, extra toppings and boy do they charge me for said toppings but I basically get just vanilla ice cream.. ?

I come here as this is now the only Dairy Queen near me. As someone who has worked in food service, this restaurant is always dirty with trash and spills all over the tables and the trashcans overflowing. What has really pushed me to make this review is the fact that either they can 't make any food because the broiler, fryer, etc., is broken or they are closed early for whatever reason. I don 't completely blame the employees as they always seem understaffed and they need to keep up with orders and they are usually nice. Upper management needs to start doing thier jobs.
