Wendy's - Everett

The restaurant was bustling with customers in the dining area, but two teenage girls managed everything exceptionally well. They did a fantastic job!

The experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed careless with the food and cleanliness, and it felt like bad karma was at play. Thankfully, she didn’t end up eating the food after encountering the poor service. The overweight child in the hoodie working at the window consistently forgets to include items with orders. Even the young girl and the cleaning lady seem more concerned with locking up early than providing good service. It was disheartening to see them laughing, as it made the place feel unprofessional and unkempt, almost as if they were making a mockery of it. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. It’s sadly honest in a way that feels very real.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. The kids in the drive-thru were quite rude, and it seemed like they didn't take care of their appearance. I was frustrated when I found several items missing from my order after I checked the bag, and I had to get a refund. Overall, I felt the service was unprofessional, and I couldn't quickly enjoy my meal. I'm really not happy with my visit.

That was in order as always. but every time I go, there is a long line and is just driving thru. I think the only wendy is in the opposite so that the reason for the long line could be and probably short staff.

Went to get late Lunch for me and 3 other people. One person at the register and after i placed the order had to wait almost 20 minutes to pick it up. people came after me the the only person on the register that was suppose to be on the service counter, so I waited and waited.Everybody else was either on their phone or on the drive in window. I got the order with no markings for the ones thy were suppose not to have mayo and ketchup, no ketchup for the fries and only 2 napkins for 4 ordres. Are we supposed to use our sleeves? Horrible service.
