Taco Bell - Everett

Once again didnt accommodate the additional nacho cheese I paid for.

I was taking a class in the area and stopped off at this Taco Bell quite a few times. I love that it has a large parking lot and is right on the main street so it is easy to get in and out of. The drive thru also proved to be a fast option. This location has the machines in the lobby, which are a favorite of mine since I like to customize my food. I hate having to tell my detailed order to the cashier so these make me very happy. I am extra happy when they get my order made correctly. Everything is better with extra red sauce, FYI. I was a little annoyed on one visit when I stopped by and found the lobby closed even though it had been open the week before and was open again on my last visit. I can never figure out why places make the decisions they do but I assume it was somehow related to covid. Food on my last visit was super tasty though so a positive feeling remains on my mind. I do wish Taco Bell would improve their veggie options, but I am thankful for the veggie option on the machine. I'm also a fan of the breakfast salsa packets. I am saddened by the removal of the 7 layer burrito from the menu, but excited that potatoes are back. Taco Bell is always coming up with new products and keeping things interesting.

Customer service is amazing, the staff who works here is so supportive and specially Eric helped us to make sure the order we placed we got the exact stuff. It's just we had online order messed up with Beef instead of chicken and Eric helped us swapping the entire order .

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I come to this location there is a line. I always order the same thing- a single Crunchwrap supreme. Even if I'm the only person in line it takes at least 10 mins. If there's another car in line it's 20+. Even then it's a shitty meal: all the meat is on one side, the veggies on the other; and a mess of sour cream in the middle. Yuck. They should just make this location a restaurant and delete the drive thru or hire more capable employees.
