This place is a catastrophe. I put an online order for my girls 45 minutes before buying into the load (from work come) and my sub’s were not ready yet. I come in and ask where my order is and the guy says he forgets and it will be 20 minutes for more meatballs while he makes 4 meatballs before me. I just asked for a refund and went, I'll never be back. better sub is on the road anyway.
I have one particular subway I love to go to mainly because one of the lady's who works there makes my sandwich picture perfect every time and is so friendly that if I'm gonna spend my hard earned money that I want to spend it where I am receiving quality food with A-1 sevice! Thank you Silver Firs Subway team!
Jon is an exceptional sandwich artist. We showed up to pick up our 6 foot sub order and he had roughly 10 customers ahead of us waiting. We weren't in a tush and told him that he could serve them before finishing our order. He kept the crowd entertained and pushed through the orders flawlessly without getting stressed out about being the only one working. Thank you!
I give this restaurant 1 star only because zero stars isn't an option. The service is terrible, the sandwiches are extremely small and unsatisfying. It's clear that the owner of this Subway is struggling financially and cannot afford to properly make a sandwich. Online orders are also disappointing. Perhaps we should consider starting a GoFundMe page to help improve the quality of the food. In comparison, the Subway on 19th Avenue is much better, worth the extra two minutes drive for a more satisfying experience.
