Red Rock Subs - Everett

I absolutely love this place. Every time I go the food is delicious and the service and attitude of the people who work there is outstanding. It's the only sandwich shop worth visiting in the area :

I want everyone to know that the team at Red Rock Subs never disappoints! We are an all gluten free family due to celiac and they are very sensitive to our needs. They offer the best gluten free bread I have ever had! After adding the long list of fresh ingredients this is by far the best place around to get a sub! The staff is always very friendly and creates a very delightful experience 100% of the time! I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers! When stacking them up against other local sub shops I will choose them EVERY time! Thank you so much for all you do! For those reading hurry in and get your eat on because you are missing out if you aren't!!

I was referred to Red Rock Subs by a coworker of mine and tried them for the first time yesterday and the second time today. Both times I was greeted by the friendliest of faces, the front counter lady, Dionne. She took the time to not only learn my name but spell it correctly as well which means a good deal to me. She helped me customize my sub and made everything super easy for me. The staff that was making my sandwich was also super friendly and even offered me a sample of the roast beef so that I could order it next time if I was interested. Are you kidding? That 's some fantastic customer service. I feel like I 'm getting some kind of special deal or treatment but then I see them with other customers and realize...that 's just who they are. They 're phenomenal employees. I was able to walk to the shop (I work about three blocks down), get my sandwiches, and walk back before my 15 minute break was over. And I left with almost the entire staff saying 'See ya kailah! Have a good day! ' I refuse to order a sandwich from a different company. Even if it 's a bit of a distance from my house, I have never experienced such service from a restaurant.

Red Rock makes the best subs. You can't get a better job at subway or any place that I know of. The staff is always friendly and courteous. If you haven't visited this place I suggest that you do.

'I 've never had a sandwich that tasted like heaven in my mouth. That was, until I stumbled upon RRS! I literally haven 't tried a sub here that I didn 't LOVE. their salads and soups are equally as wonderful. Customer service is also extemely top-notch, everyone there is super kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they 're not open on Sundays because trust me, after you 've had RRS, nothing can touch the quality and taste of these mouth-watering subs!!
