Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Everett

I have seen how this place went down in the last few years, but today the experience was enough to travel me back! service is always müll with inevitable long waiting times to order, but the eating is in the regular decent (until today this is). my server only looked at me with an empty star when it was time to take my order - not welcome or say anything. she looked upset to be there. when I gave her my order, you guys asked her a question. she began to prepare my order while reacting to her co-worker - stopped what she did to finish what she said and then disappeared into the back without explanation. When she came back, she continued to chat with her coworker and then went to register. she had 2 pages mac with my order in front of her. I let them know I asked for a order of mac and a order of pommes. she was totally upset and filled some fries with a big job. I paid for my order and asked for ketchup- she said it's over there while on the ketchup (it was closer to her than I because his on the side of the counter). that were the only words she ever told me. no gruß, no explanation when she disappeared, no, I'm sorry I was arsoned because I was distracted/ talked to my colleague, no thanks- nothing. beside all this. it was a waste of eating. I honestly never got bad eating from here, but today the chicken burned and the pommes were so oily and soggy that I threw them away. after the excessive waiting time, terrible service and quality of food- its likely that I do not return to this place that makes a lynn so much better!

Eating is fantastic, but their online order system is sucked! eating is consistently not ready. current waiting is 40 minutes after it should be ready!

Our order was completely wrong, did not send us the food we ordered, but sent two pommes and two sandwiches.

Love how crispy this huh is! it's been years since I last had it! Not disappointed! my only complaining are long lines and the sweet tee and the limonade were not very good!

Very Dirty , fried chicken was saggy and service stinks. They treat you like a second class if you are not latino. I taught I was in a fast food joint in Tijuana.
