To make matters worse, the shortest employee was incredibly loud and used foul language every other word. I was shocked by the lack of customer service at this place. It was an utterly frustrating and appalling experience, and I refuse to go back! I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because not only was the service unacceptable, but the food was bland too. The vegetables looked and tasted old and limp! This was my first and last visit to this location. SAVE YOUR MONEY—you're only going to be met with poor attitudes from young, inexperienced staff and subpar food!

I initially gave this place 2 stars because it seems nearly impossible to get their chicken sandwich without the garlic aioli. The first time I ordered it, there were no issues, but on my next two visits, it still came with the garlic aioli, which I’m allergic to. It shouldn’t be that hard to leave something off a sandwich. I also changed my original 5-star review because I reordered the same sandwich, and this time the chicken was burnt. There were also no parmesan crisps, and some of the garlic aioli was still present (once again, a problem for my allergies). Additionally, there were no extra red onions as I requested. My partner's sandwich instructions were overlooked too, resulting in way too much spicy mustard on his turkey deli sandwich. On a positive note, delivery times are still quick when scheduled. **Original Review:** I have numerous food allergies, and I appreciate that Panera lists ingredients for everything on their website. It had been years since I indulged in a fast-food burger, and their signature chicken sandwich (without the garlic aioli) was fantastic. They did well with the extra emerald greens, but not so much with the onions. I’ll definitely be trying more items from their menu!

I have been to this location several times, had the napa almond chicken salad sandwich before, and enjoyed it. But today what I received was a fraction of the chicken salad, not even enough to cover the bread. I came on a busy Saturday evening, and maybe they were running out of the chicken salad. But this was unacceptable.

I normally get bacon turkey bravo, which I like. Today, I decided to get their new chicken sandwich, I was hesitant to get this type of sandwich at a deli style restaurant. I should have listened to myself. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten!, the bun was stale, the chicken was dry and hard, it was like it was out of a vending machine! I felt so cheated, even angry that I wasted money on a horrible sandwich. Panera do what you do best, and don’t try to compete with places that know how to cook chicken, don’t bother if you can’t make it better!

It is NOT okay for this store manager Katelyn to bully and verbally abuse a brand new to the working world 16 year old employee. Absolutely beyond unprofessional conduct and will be reported to corporate for the atrocious behavior. This goes against Panera's vision as an employer!
