I really don’t understand why they have to shout out names when someone's order is ready at this Panera. It’s quite irritating! Other nearby Paneras have modern ways to notify customers that I think would be much better.
This is likely the most reliable Panera location I've visited. The staff are dedicated and maintain a friendly atmosphere, even when short-staffed. There’s plenty of free parking available, and the dine-in area is spacious.
First time ever ordering through Uber eats, and ofcourse when I get my food it?s not all there. I call Panera and the rude girl says that?s not their fault. They ran out of flat bread so they didn?t send it. I asked why I wasn?t called. She said we toldthe driver and he was supposed to tell u. So it?s the drivers fault they ran out of flat bread and I didn?t get my full order.Never again will I use Uber eats and I will never eat at Panera, customer service sucks.
Not sure what happened to Panera. The menu is non-existent. The prices have increased significantly, the quality of the food and beverage is about 0 compared to what it used to be. You focus on rebranding the logos and changing the interiors, but shouldbe focused on bringing back the old menus and making your food edible again. Definitely seemed short staffed, but that?sanywhere you go at this point. The staff here are not the issue. Pretty disappointed overall, will not waste anymore time ormoney here in the future.
