Jubie's Bbq Caribbean Delights

This cozy little restaurant offers delicious food that keeps customers coming back for both lunch and dinner. The portion sizes are generous, and the salad is quite tasty. While the BBQ meat can be a bit dry, it remains flavorful and enjoyable.

We visited on a Saturday around noon, and Jubie was still preparing some of the dishes, which guaranteed that we enjoyed freshly cooked meals! My friend and I both opted for the half jerk chicken plate, priced at $8.50. The chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, practically falling off the bone, and we each selected two sides. We chose the saffron rice, which came with red beans, peas, and carrots—absolutely delicious! We also ordered the macaroni and cheese, which was perfectly cooked and packed with amazing flavors. It was a true Caribbean delight! Don’t forget to try the rum—I'm not quite sure what's in it, but it’s absolutely delectable! I can't wait for round two!

Another gem in the Everett area! Jubie’s food is absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the corn on the cob cooked in coconut milk and served with rice. The BBQ was equally delightful—perfectly balanced and very satisfying. The ambiance is great for either a nice lunch or a relaxed dinner. I will definitely be returning. I do have a suggestion, though: it would be great if they could keep all the sides separate or in distinct compartments of the dish. This way, the coleslaw juices won’t mix with the BBQ and turn into a soggy mess. Also, I hope they consider using proper dishes instead of just disposable ones.

The woman and I tried Jubie in a mood and were pleasantly surprised. It is a very small cozy place and the food is delicious. It has a small bar and 3 tables that hold 4 people. I had the bbq ribs (full part) with lenses and the woman had the chicken and the saffron rice. The utensils were plastic that some people could turn off, but the meat was so tender, it was easy to cut when it didn't just fall off the bone. The vegetable salad was delicious. I can't wait to try their food specialties. They took out too.

Upon arriving at the restaurant my family was greeted with a warm welcome from Jubie, himself. As we chose our food the server was attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted. The customer service here was great. The food was also amazing, the hints of African, Indian, British, and Caribbean cuisine was amazing in the food. I would love to come back one day.
