Firehouse Subs Everett Mall Way

First time here, we ordered for pickup online through their system. We are big fans of gourmet subs and they were phenomenal!! I’m normally a tuna or BLT person, since they didn’t have either option online, I went with the Club in a Sub. Holy hell, their ham is the best I’ve ever had. The mustard was superb. I absolutely LOVED the cardboard clamshell containers. I didn’t have to wrassle with unwrapping a goopy paper mess! The bread is THE BEST. So fresh, light, delicious. Even though the sub was hot, the bread didn’t tear up the roof of my mouth! One thing they need to improve on (share this with your IT person) is that when you change the sandwich size, it apparently deletes all your modifications for the sandwich. I spent time changing cheese, wanting extra Mayo, adding sautéed peppers and onions, no raw onions, only to get the regular menu item. I originally had a medium in my cart, last minute I changed it to a large and I guess it reset all the mods. Bummer.

The sandwich’s were great but not for the price. With too many sandwiches places competing with each other you’re always looking for the next best thing and you know that everything isn’t for everyone and people are very picky about what they eat. I didn’t get the bang for my buck so I’ll stick to what I know but thanks for the experience

This sub shop is the best of any chain store. Clean and well staffed, friendly staff and knowledgeable about the product. Sandwich was perfect, and very tasty. I will be returning to this store again soon.

These sandwiches we're great! The girls could use a little customer service training! A smile and a greeting would be nice!

The sub was good, the order ahead, not so much. I randomly ordered for 11:05 instead of 12:05 and when I called the store at 10:45 to fix it, they had already made my sandwich. did they expect to sit there for 20 minutes until I picked them up? this place gets BUSY at noon, which is why I ordered in advance, but when I come back, I will wait for a fresh meal.
