China Dumpling Noodle House - Everett

I had the fried beef dumplings, hot and sour soup and her tomato beef it was amazing. Everything was made from scratch, so all EXTREMELY was fresh, one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been in my life would highly recommend.

Friendly service that tries to be as fast as possible as this place is busy! Amazing dumplings and really good noodles along with the other dishes.

I'm going past this whole time and decided to stop today. I'm new to the whole noodle/pho thing, but the waitress was a little authentic and unable to understand my questions. I went with the pad Thai and spring rolls. Spring rolls were supplied hot, although filling: paper ratio about 50/50. Pad Thai was tasteful and fresh. Huge portion was big enough to share. Odd thing to notice, but food temperature was nice and hot!

Really good authentic Chinese food! A large group of Chinese folk were leaving as I got there. The pork dumplings are delicious and they give a generous portion no matter what you get. Yum food. Not your typical Americanized Chinese flour wrapped chicken menu. But they have that too, but better. No longer Noodle House with daily fresh made noodles. They took the chef to the Bellevue location. Had to knock a star. Good local Chinese food and service.
