Chicken And Rice Guys - Everett

Tried to call in an order for over $150 of food. Everyone had a different order, took 20mins to setup the cart. Their UberEATS was set up wrong, couldn't take the order. Phone line is down. Goodbye!

Now that I?ve changed jobs I have not been able to go, so when I saw they delivered from this location near my home? I was ecstatic! Unfortunately the reviews are accurate. They do not read nor follow directions. I ordered one plate over rice and one over salad. I received two over rice. I included a note to make sure they provide all the included sauces. I came here at 5pm on 10/13/22, the 2 employees there were very kind and accommodating to what I wanted but the food wasn?t that great. There was what seemed to be a LADLE spoon, like a SOUP spoon worth of grease in my plastic container under the rice. The chicken was good, no weird pieces of fat or anything like that but the gyro pieces were huge and not crispy at all. It was basically just warmed up. They left out most of our order and won?t allow refunds from Uber eats. Ordered food for 5 and tons of sides I got 2 plates. Don?t take the risk it?s not worth this bullishit

I love the food!! There?s no issues with the quality and food but I do have an issue with the employees. When I ordered from BFT online today, I walked in at the time of pickup and they didn?t even have it prepped and the employee didn?t even know I put an order in and I had to tell him what I got and then he proceeded to tell me, 12.38. I said NO. Bro I literally walked in saying I have a pickup order what the !? ??? This food is so good it?s a shame I never ever get
