Botan Ramen N' - Everett

This restaurant was absolutely fantastic! They offer a ramen option with pork belly, which was incredibly delicious. I also want to give a special mention to our server, Dina, who was cheerful and attentive. The rest of the staff was equally great (I apologize for not remembering your names!). The decor was also really impressive. My daughter and I are already looking forward to our next visit for more ramen and drinks. Highly recommended!

Kid-friendliness: It seemed very family-friendly, with a menu for kids. Dietary restrictions: It was very easy to accommodate a dairy-free diet.

Here's what we ordered: 1. Gyoza - They were fried a little too long but still tasted fine. 2. Pork Belly Buns - These were delicious, with fresh buns and flavorful pork. 3. Traditional Tonkotsu Ramen - The broth was served hot and had a savory flavor, and the pork belly was tender. The only issue was that the bamboo shoots were a bit too chewy and fibrous, as they hadn’t been cooked long enough. Overall, it was a satisfying experience!

I have only been once, but the staff was exceptionally well-informed about the menu options. They were super friendly, without being too much, if that makes any sense. The ambience is fantastic, and I plan to come back soon! Food was incredible, it seemed perfectly fresh, ie no microwave anything!

Charming little ramen house. Delicious, clean, and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed.
