Best Teriyaki Wok - Everett

So I walk in, and they try to overcharge me by $12 and then there's no customers in here at all and they literally sat down and had a 30 minute lunch before they made my food, with still no customers anywhere in sight I have now been waiting over at least 35 minutes and they're just now starting to cook my food still no customers this is the worst service why am I waiting so long and why did they take a break before they cooked the customer's food? Very displeased totally ridiculous and totally unnecessary it should have been done in a good 15-20 minutes and now I'm going to end up waiting 40 minutes being told a way to a half an hour after I've already waited 20 minutes!!!

Fries were excellent! Chicken katsu was a bit dry, but still really good.

I order from them about once every 3 weeks and every time they forget the silverware but where or they forget the sesame seeds I get the same thing every time the 88 Chow Maine And an order of sweet-and-sour chicken It's never right 100

The spicy chicken teriyaki is delicious and the boba tea is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant as the prices are reasonable.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 6 years and have never had a negative experience. The customer service is fantastic, they treat you exceptionally well, and the food is always delicious and served quickly. Even though I haven't been able to visit during the COVID pandemic, the staff still remembers my friend and I by name.
