All Rice Thai Hut - Everett

I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. While the food itself was decent, the overall atmosphere suggested they didn't want us there. Customer service was quite poor. Initially, we ordered our food to go but decided to eat in the restaurant once we arrived. When we asked if we could dine in, they said yes, but after sitting down, we had to repeatedly ask for water, plates, utensils, and lime. When they finally brought us the limes, they only provided a single tiny wedge to share between two people. We also received only one soup bowl, and the spoons for the soup were very flat. The woman at the front counter with red hair seemed irritated by every request we made, and her overall demeanor was quite unfriendly. Is it too much to ask for the basics when dining in? I initially rated this place five stars, but due to the service issues, that rating has dropped significantly. This experience was the worst we've had here, and we won't be returning.

I received barely any Chinese sausage in my recent order, especially considering I had ordered it before. They didn't even provide a full serving. I won't be ordering again. The first time was great, but the second time was a disappointment.

I've enjoyed everything I've ordered from this restaurant. My current favorites are the Garlic and Black Pepper Chicken, garlic rice, and Beef Pad See Ew. Everything is always fresh and outstanding!

The portion sizes are way too small for the price. Zab Thai offers much larger portions for the same cost.

The dining experience here is truly authentic Thai. The staff are incredibly friendly, and enjoying a bottle of Thai beer alongside a delicious meal makes it even better. The journey to get here is definitely worth it!
