9 Delicacies - Everett

This restaurant was amazing! The staff was friendly, the food was fabulous and it felt like a dream come true. We didn't eat right away, but even after an hour, the fried chicken was still crispy. You have to give it a try. The beef bolognese was incredibly delicious and made my mouth water. I had it with a green salad instead of jasmine rice, and it was definitely worth it. I left wanting more. Definitely recommend trying this place - you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is known for their specialty in Korean fried chicken, but they also offer beef and tofu options on their menu. My partner and I tried a honey garlic Korean fried chicken sandwich, boneless chicken legs, breast strips, snow fries, and Brussels sprouts and everything was fantastic! The chicken was perfectly cooked and fried, not too greasy or breaded. The flavors of the sauces and ingredients were well-balanced, and the meat was high-quality. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. This place is now one of my new favorite restaurants.

Wow, I am impressed by the fried chicken at this restaurant. I have been here a few times without any issues, but I only gave them 4 stars because they forgot the sauce once. I have tried all of their menu items multiple times, and they consistently deliver a crispy and flavorful experience with Asian influences. The roast chicken sandwich was deliciously fresh and crisp, while the fried tofu sandwich was a popular choice among customers. The hoagie with various fillings was also a hit. The 8oz daikon salad was a refreshing combination of pickled vegetables. The pint mac salad was another standout dish, with a secret ingredient of furikake that adds a unique flavor. I particularly enjoyed the wings, especially the honey garlic and sweet/spicy options, whether wet or dry. The 2 piece drum with Lime aioli sauce was also flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the variety of sauces such as honey ranch, lime aioli, and sweet ginger complemented the dishes perfectly.

Just wow! Not only the best Korean roasted huh I had, but maybe the best roasted chicken, full stop! the brot is crispy dry, but the huh is moist delectable. the honey garlic sauce can be a little messy, but I cannot recommend it enough; the perfect mix of sweet taste. will add 9 delicious food safely to my regular rotation.

Delicious chicken sandwiches. Had the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich combo. Wife had the original. Large portions, I didn't finish. Am sure if I'd worked up a bit of an appetite I could have though. The chicken is cooked to order. So the orders take about 15 minutes, even if there isn't much of a line. It also mean there is the smell of fresh fried chicken in the car on the drive home. The piece of chicken hung out both sides of the bun and had a crunchy coating and tender chicken, delicious. The sweet and spicy sauce is just what I wanted, and not overly spicy. The place is in an unassuming storefront in the far corner of a strip mall. The 5 stars is for the good food and exceeded expectations. Didn't expect a strip mall restaurant to be this good. Will be back to try more of the many fried chicken offerings that have.
