We had to wait for a table and then wait even longer for the menu to be brought to us. The service was slow, and it took 2 and a half hours to receive our food, which wasn't even complete. The fondue was decent, but the American tartare was not fresh and even had egg shells in it. When politely asking for a bottle to be warmed for 40 seconds, we received a rude response. At the end of the meal, no server checked on us and they all seemed uninterested. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will not recommend it to others. I give it a 5/10, only because I cannot rate it lower.
Having not found or going to drink a drink at his ease, we decided to go to the rustic. We wanted to have a drink at our ease and a beer said a little special. The boy comes and asks us what we want. having already asked for two kinds of beers: we do not agree (we don't know how to have it all) it doesn't even offer us the map. We choose a bevel and a pale-al. surprise: we get two glasses and two bottles of mud! and pull your plan. No service. not more than a few salted or biscuits chips. (as it is Belgian, you can't go on a leg) makes me uncomfortable to recommend the same thing. Re-surprise, two bottles and poaf on the table, no new glasses? and everything for 13€ so here's a tavern that won't see me again.
Let's go regularly to this restaurant and have been disappointed only once, we have reported it and we have been offered immediately to change our dishes. apart from this incident, we have always been satisfied.
We went there on Saturday and first the mourning was very cold. No smile or hello. a table no one came to bring us the cards (we were used alone.) after waiting for the order, we waited 2h30 to receive 5 betweens and it was missing one !! for the dishes with respect to the fondue will not steal worries on the other hand for the tartare aricaine, it really did not look good. It wasn't fresh because a road was formed on her and I found egg shells! In addition to that, I was going to ask politely to the bar if there was a way to warm 40seconds the bottle of my bb, I was answered by blowing: it is not possible that we are on the edge on an aggressive tone at the end of the meals no server asked us if everything was well done and they all fired the toe! We'll never come back again and we'll never make good advertising for this restaurant! I put 5/10 because the less I can't put!
I have rarely eaten so badly; For me, a steak tartare is a chopped steak, not a dough infamous giving a taste of unpleasant fat 2h30 waiting for our dishes. a stressed server that did what it could but fills it, it was that it wasn't even pleasant to heat a bottle in the microwave for the baby who was with us!
