Wendy's - Evansville

You seemed to have forgotten that they had a sale that day, which is why they couldn't refund my money to my debit card. Despite that, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent! The staff even offered us a complimentary breakfast for the next day, but we decided not to return. It's not the server's fault that the system is set up that way. Thank you to everyone for doing a great job!

These Wendy's is in the top 2 of my personal favorite staff they are always politely respectful. So this visit was 8 out of 10 waiting for meat, and this is better than getting dry burgers. I'm saying that Thix, Getter, did Wendy's.

I ordered extra flavor lemonade with their app. When I arrived they said they ran out of lemonade I could have something else I decided on a soft drink. But i had paid more for lemonade than a soft drink. They did not know how i could be reimbursed. Then suddenly they had enough lemonade. They handed me the drink through the drive up window and hurried me on. Later I found that they poured a smaller size glass and more than half of that was ice. Also the sandwich had the wrong condiments. I have had mostly ice issue at another Wendy's years ago.

We went through the drive thru. The chicken nuggets were a little soggy and the fries seemed old. The staff was nice.

I do not like their new fries, that extra crispy outside on the fries changes the taste and makes them more greasy. Sandwich was dry. Won't be back anytime soon!
