I felt completely overlooked by the staff due to a large call-in order they were handling. I understand that can be demanding, but I wasn’t even greeted or given any eye contact. One employee was so focused on making a sandwich that he didn’t look up at all. He didn’t even attempt to alert the other employee. When she finally came out from the back, she hardly acknowledged my presence. I get that people can be busy, but it’s discouraging to feel like I’m an inconvenience. I’m left uncertain if or when I’ll come back to this location.
