Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered on the app they called me and told me to cancel, I tried to find a way to but there isn’t on their app so I called beck and the lady gave me an attitude and said she doesn’t know how to, so I drove to the store to see if anyone knew how to asked if she had a manager who might know she said she was the manager proceeded to give me an attitude but I’m trying to be calm, she refused me a refund and wouldn’t give me a number to call to ask how to get a refund through the app and now I’m out a lunch break at work and $25
First and last time I will ever come to the subway, it is a freestanding subway not inside a gas station. I have never had any free standing subway not accept coupons. And guess what you find that out after your sandwich is made and then you're stuck paying the full price. We came because we had coupons and then they didn't take them. Crappy. Then we had a gift card with a receipt of its activation and they couldn't get it to work. And did really nothing at all to try to help us so then got stuck not using the gift card. Not good customer service.
It’s a shame that a Saturday night and they only scheduled ONE employee. I ordered ahead but still waited 20 min for my sandwiches. I felt really bad for the employee. Shame on management!
Employees are rude. Sat in the drive thru for 5+ minutes at the orfer board with no response and finally got mad and pulled up to the window. Where the employee proceeded to yell “drive thru is out of order you’re gonna have to come inside.” It’s not what you say but HOW you say it. Learn some respect, and if the drive thru is gonna be “out of order” maybe put a sign on the menu saying that so customers don’t waste their time.
This place has 1 worker. The place is dirty everywhere! We got served old cheese and rotten spinach. There was no ice and the drinks were hot. I could go on but I have things to do. I won't be back at this location.
