They?re still slow, but they don?t appear to be repeating their previous problems. Kudos I?ve been to Chili?s 4 times now and each time they?ve had the same problem. I?m only docking a star because it was late (9:00) when we arrived and the food was a little past done. But in no way do I feel the cooks or the staff took a hit on this one. Keith informed us the the kitchen was short staffed but I feel they even turned food out quickly. Kieth was alway busy and very informative on helping us make a decision. Really enjoyed his service.
Happy hour with appetizers- Good service from a bartender that also works at another bar in town. Went in for two top-shelf Margaritas; the ElNino is the best, I think. Good appetizer, SW egg rolls, but no avocado ranch (which makes the dish). I asked for it by name and got a second cup of regular ranch. Location is new; hopefully they'll learn. Still, a good new option in Casper. I used to live in Chili's home market state, and their food seems on point.
I spent $35.48 for a 10oz steak and 12 little bitty shrimps plus a 22oz beer. Then they tried to short me on my shrimps only 8 on my steak. The bartender was cool and got me my other shrimps. I even tipped him $2.00.. thank goodness I don't eat out a lot.
2nd time in, seated quickly but over an hour after food was ordered before it was brought out, table seated next to us, ordered ten minutes after us and served before us. Several tables walked out because they had been waiting 45 minutes just to order and had been ignored. Started with one waitress, never seen her after she took our order and finished with a different waitress. I know it's still new but that's a ridiculous amount of waiting for a quick service restaurant
