Mcdonald's - Evanston

That is one of the worse mcdonald’s I have ever visited, the burgers and fries are ice cold

While the breakfast crew is always spot on, the nite crew was sorely lacking. I repeated my order six times. It was wrong each time. The most notable was them having me order a cheeseburger with no cheese. Who does that? Wouldn't you just order a hamburger? I finally just backed up and left. Just couldn't take it anymore.

I literally made an order for min ago nobody in line really the people look at me with me customer service this is the worse customer service I've ever received from a McDonald's

I have always had issues with this place yet I keep trying to give them another chance. During the day they are great but at night they are terrible, they are open yet don’t answer the drive through. They are extremely slow and they have yet to get my late night order right. I just ordered chicken nuggets and they couldn’t give me the right amount. Something as simple as that. I finally have given up and would never recommend this place or go here again, I will go out of my way to another location if I want McDonalds.

Stopped in on our way thru for breakfast, staff was very professional and stayed busy to provide quick service. Food was great!!
