Good To Go Jamaican Cuisine Event Space

I’ve been here about 3 different times. The food is greats the only thing is the service here. The staff are kind and friendly but doesn’t seem to know what’s exactly is on their menu and we have to point it out. First time I was told there are no mimosas but I got a glass of champagne, okay whatever. Second time the food dragged a whole hour and there was no music playing we were upstairs in the patio). Third time wasn’t too bad as it was slow. I had to tell the server how to make a a blue MF, my boyfriend did not like it, gave us a different one. But once again, we had to point out what we wanted from their hand terminal. This place has potential but staff need more training and acknowledge their system. Lovely music and theme to say the least.

Excellent food, however, when we asked the waitresses about several food item choices that we went there to eat , they were out of goat curry, beef patties, etc in the middle of the afternoon. It was very disappointing. But the oxtails and Jerk Chicken was good. But very expensive! The small portions of rice and peas, and cabbage was also disappointing, we had to purchase extra sides of both items…The Bill includes an automatic 18 percent gratuity! ! It didn’t matter the number of guests. The music level was very loud and a little tough to have a great conversation. But overall the experience was good however it could have been better. Thank you.

Prices are HIGH Love the jerk chicken dinner. Caramel cake and peach cobbler Delicious!! The jerk rib tips are PHENOMENAL-meat melts off the bone- For an extra added sensation try the Chicken Soup- OMG DELICIOUS!

Food was so delicious. I really enjoyed curry shrimp.
