I usually have it for lunch, and it comes with a choice of salad or baby egg rolls. I always opt for the crispy egg rolls, which are served warm with a delicious sweet sauce. The decor is lively and there is usually convenient parking nearby. The only downside is that they automatically include gratuity in the bill without informing customers, leading some to unintentionally tip twice. Despite this, I am excited to try more dishes on their menu in the future.
An authentic 5-star dining experience. Having lived in Roger’s Park for 1.5 years, we regularly order Thai Chinese Asian cuisine. After trying numerous restaurants, this one stood out above the rest. The food was incredible – from the rice dish to the curry dish to the noodle dish, each became a new favorite. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant's ambiance was truly unique and impeccably clean, reminiscent of a clever museum store. Stringent sanitation measures were in place. When one item was incorrect, they replaced it promptly without any fuss. Note: a service charge, listed as gratuity, is automatically added to your bill for dine-in customers.
This is a great place that I frequent often. The decor is really unique with various items displayed on the walls, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service is decent and the food is generally excellent, although some dishes are better than others. Keep in mind that this restaurant does not serve alcohol, so you'll need to bring your own if you want to enjoy a drink with your meal (BYOB).
I never write a review but this one I had to. Please make sure you check your bill because she will just say the total but you will never know that the total she quote is with 20% tip already added. This is like scamming people. They know people don't usually pay attention to the price of food so people usually think that is their total and because there is a space for tip, people wite extra tip without knowing they are paying 35 to 40% tip.The server (probably the owner) is extremely rude and everytime you ask for something like a straw she would sigh and give you a look.Bad bad service. However the gentleman was totally different from the lady. He was really nice and we went and asked him for something because the lady was so rude and my kids were scared to ask.I really don't get it. You are in business and we are the customers who keep your business going so why are you treating your customer with such a bad attitude. I will never never go back to that place.I am going to call the city to report them.
I'm not one to normally write a review, but to not share my experience would be doing the community a disservice.I got to the restaurant with my plus one at 7:30. There was one other person in the restaurant. We were sat down by a middle-aged woman with black hair and she prompty asked if we were ready to order. We hadn't been given a literal minute to look over the menu. I told her no and she then explains that the restaurant would be closing in 30 minutes; although the website and Google state 8:45 PM. I said okay and to come back in 5 minutes. She returns and we place our order. Shortly after she returns with the food. 40 minutes later, she never returns. We finished eating 20 or so minutes after getting our food, recalling they were closing at 8 PM. I can hear her around the corner talking to someone, so I turn the corner to find her on FaceTime. I ask for the check and she states that she will bring it to the table. Ten minutes later, she is still on FaceTime but does not bring the check. At this point I have gone from slightly aggravated to annoyed. I walk over and ask for the check and she says that I can pay at the terminal. Why tell me that you will bring the check over if I can pay at the counter? I ask for the itemized copy of the receipt, given all I can see is a total. I pay and ask for a to-go container.I will not return given the treatment from the one and only staff seen with an empty restaurant and I would advise you to avoid dining in at all cost.
