Carmen's Pizza - Evanston

In my opinion, Carmen's still serves some of the best stuffed pizzas around. I make sure to visit every time I'm in town.

We get their thin crust pizza at least once a month. We've never been let down.

The crust is wonderfully crispy without being overly thick like many Chicago-style pizzas tend to be. The generous toppings and high-quality ingredients made this place a delightful discovery. Don't let the typical pizza joint ambiance fool you—this pizza is outstanding!

Whenever we reminisce about Chicago, the first thing that comes to mind is Carmen's! We've lived in various places, and no other restaurant has pizza that compares to Carmen's!

I often picked up my sub here and it now doesn’t allow dine in due to covid. Every time, my sub is prepared in time and good. I like Jimmy John’s tuna and beef subs with a relatively decent price.
