Beth's Little Bake Shop - Evanston

Every time I visit, it’s tough to choose what to order because everything is absolutely delicious, including the coffee. This week, I highly recommend the chocolate orange scones. They’re fantastic!

This is my absolute favorite bakery. Everything we have tried has been wonderful pies, macarons, pastries, croissants . . .

They opened today at 5:45 am. Ham and Cheese croissants to die for, chocolate croissants sold out in an hour. Coffee great, service quick. Beautiful store.

Literally the best bakery I have been to on the North Shore...and pleasant atmosphere, great service as well. Highly recommend!!

Beth's Little Bake Shop has quickly become my favorite spot in Evanston! I visited on their anniversary, and the staff were incredibly warm and promptly offered me an anniversary cupcake, which was absolutely delicious. Since it was my first visit, everyone was eager to share their favorite recommendations with me. Among the highlights were the salted chocolate macaron, amaretto macaron, prosciutto and brie croissant, and the baked egg Danish. Each one was fantastic! Chef Beth clearly has a remarkable talent for pastries, and I wholeheartedly recommend her shop to everyone in Evanston. She manages to infuse a modern touch into her creations while still preserving the traditional flavors and comfort that a bake shop should have. If you haven't been here yet, you're really missing out!
