Otr Evanston

The problem is to enter the service station is not correct.

This place must run like maccas! employ them youthful to serve as it rarely more than one person on the kisses in the tip hour!

On Monday, August 2nd, I had a disappointing experience at OTR Evanston. The service I received from the two ladies working there was abrupt and rude. After I got my two coffees and made it to my car, I couldn’t help but burst into tears. The staff usually has a friendly demeanor, but these two women should reconsider how they interact with customers, or they risk losing them. Very disappointing.

Didn't have the flavour of milk shake that I wanted but it was still good so yeah and its a 5 minute walk so not to bad. good place to go

Slowest serving staff that have little to no care factor.I only go here when I'm desperate.Edit 1: visited again and once again waited 10 minutes to be served. And another 10 minutes just for a coffee. Would have had a pie aswell but they had no sauce!3 staff and 2 are not serving. Poor service as usual!
