Wonderful fresh homemade salsa and homemade chips, also. Chicken enchilada had layers of flavor and loved the rice selections.

While our town has limited dining options, we recently discovered a hidden gem that serves incredible flavors. Unlike the usual American-Mexican restaurants where everything tends to taste similar, this spot offers authentic Latin American cuisine, and trust me, you won’t find any bland beans here! The food is outstanding, and the menu beautifully showcases the richness of Latin American flavors. If you haven’t yet experienced the delights of the Yucatan or beyond, you’re in for a delightful surprise—plus, you can safely drink the water here! I often order the ceviche, and even when it wasn't on the menu, they graciously made it for me on two occasions! Customer service here embodies a thriving art form, reminiscent of southern hospitality. You’re going to love everything about this restaurant—the food and the service. I highly recommend a visit, but take your time and savor the experience; the wait is truly worthwhile!

Two words: chicken enchiladas. Eureka was in need of good Mexican food, and Coqui's has filled that gap and gone beyond what I expected! The service is excellent, the food is outstanding, and the bakery section is simply incredible.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly, and I have to say, they are among the kindest people I've ever met. The food is also excellent.
