Burger King - Eureka

On the menu board at the drive through on all of the pictures you have Sprite, Coke, Dr Pepper, etc.. the man at the drive through was so rude because I kept naming sodas you don't carry such as... get this.. the ones in the pictures on the menu!

I was doing a DoorDash delivery and went to pick up the customer's order at the drive-thru. However, when I arrived, the employee told me that the cash register was not working and refused to help me. Even after explaining that the order was already paid for, she insisted on speaking to her manager before eventually informing me that they were out of everything the customer had ordered. It was clear that she did not want to assist me. I had to inform the customer of the situation, and I doubt that the restaurant was actually out of the items they ordered. Overall, the service was terrible and the employee was very rude.

Ordered nuggets and was told they were out of them and refused to substitute them with anything else. Seemed unreasonable since I already paid for them via the ordering app. The staff seemed fine, but the manager was telling them to enforce that unreasonable policy as if equivalent exchange wasn't a part of their vocabulary. Would not recommend this BK in particular, even if it is conveniently located.

My family and I stopped in here on Saturday Feb 1. This was the sight. Disgusted. Not to mention while we waited for our food we watch an employee standing by the fry station pull out her phone and do whatever on it. Then without washing her hands packaged my fries In the bag. I was mortified. Didn?t stay to eat and didn?t eat my food when we left either! Will not come back to this location ever again.

Service is terrible. It hardly looks like they're open. No lights are on and only a car in the parking lot. We were the only person who went through and we are asked to wait for our order. You finally take our order and the two things we ask for them? This is the third time in the last few months we have been told that it is Shaker machine broken. Looks like they only have an employee in the store and they don't want to work!
