I ordered a 12 PC pack of fried chicken and a family chips. I was told there would be a 10 minute wait which turned out to be 15 minutes. I had ordered online so couldn't back out of the purchase and waited. When we got the meal the chicken was fresh and hot but the chips were like they had been made the day before. They were soggy and only warm. This was at 12:30pm so it wasn't a quiet time of the day. Service: Take out

With my Tropicana I asked for a wing piece I got a leg will never go there again and the rest of the 2 meals we got tasted awful never going again Food: 1
