There were cars in the lot and the place was lit up. I'm certain the place was in the open mode. I sat there and waited for over 15 minutes. Long story short, I cooked that night. So if you find yourself close to this Jack In the Box keep driving.
Went to the drive through about 10:30p.m.! They accommodated my hunger and was cordial about it. The food was fresh and hot.
The workers are super sweet and there's one manager there, a Hispanic man, who really goes out of his way to make people feel welcome there. I can tell he enjoys his job.
I placed a mobile order to this location at 10 pm and pressed the make my food button on my way over. As I get there the employees are outside telling us their air conditioner broke and it was over 90 and counting. Understanding I left and was attempting to cancel my order however once you press that button you CANT CANCEL. So we pulled back around and asked if they could cancel on their side or call another location so they could make the order. One girl asked me what I ordered and then they proceeded to make the order and I appreciated it so much, I took a star off however because of the fact their air conditioner broke and nobody should be forced to work in that kind of temperature. So thank you to the team that was working on 6/11/2022 around 10 pm.
How many times do I have to say my order and have it repeated back to me incorrectly before it gets straight. I ordered a burger ordered fry three times. Three times it was asked about a burger and do I want a combo ignoring the fries. Got up to the window sure enough burger no fries That's aggravating.Now I'm looking at my receipt and they charged me for the wrong burger on top of everything else. Come on Jack in the box get your act together!
