Burger King - Euless

I want to give a big shout-out to Labreshia at the Burger King on Carbahn 10 in Euless! She took my order quickly and was very personable. In today's world, it's so refreshing to encounter someone who embodies excellent customer service, and she truly did. Burger King, you've got a fantastic employee here! Please make sure to acknowledge and reward her as she deserves.

Marty was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make my energetic 4-year-old smile. This was our first time at this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning. The customer service provided by Marty was exceptional!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely unprofessional, sitting around eating and scrolling on their phones. I drove around the menu twice and honked, but they just continued to eat and seemed annoyed because I parked there. It wasn't even for my own meal; it was a Grubhub order, and they had locked the doors to the inside. This was all happening at 7:30 PM. This place is just awful! It's no surprise that fewer people are coming here these days.

Very dirty. This burger king is disgusting. Dirty floors and tables. Employees poor customer service. Flies and cleanliness at this location is a huge concern. burger king corporate should look at this store.

Love the burgers and they have amazing deals. Hate to see a good store be so understaffed, but I guess that's the norm these days.
