The coffee at this place is outstanding, and their Mocha Milkshakes are the finest in town! However, I've noticed that the staff turnover is quite high, which can be a bit frustrating. It’s inconvenient to have to explain your order to new employees every time you visit. It really improves the customer experience when staff members remember your order when you come in.

I showed them a picture of the cup and asked if they could remake it for free, considering it wasn’t even close to full. Their response was, “if I give anything away for free, my boss will have my ass.” I’m typically not one to complain, but this interaction left a really negative impression. It’s disheartening to think that management would be so frugal that employees can’t exercise their discretion to resolve issues. Refusing to fix a mistake is a clear sign of poor customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I stop by every morning before work, and Dave is always very friendly. Additionally, the coffee is amazing.

Stopped in for my first time today before work. Great service and amazing coffee! I think I found my new morning spot
