Mami's Mexican Grill - Eugene

Tip: never drink hot horchata without a straw, or you'll end up spilling it everywhere. Anyway, my food sat outside for 40 minutes and was cold, but honestly, it was the BEST COLD FOOD IN TOWN! And as for delivery, trust Patrick from Grub Hub; he didn’t even bother to knock or call, just sent a lame text. I was actually about to chase him down with one of my custom, phenomenal painted stickers to tip him. We were hungry and tired when we discovered this little gem. The food was surprisingly fabulous, and despite being quite busy, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

The food was excellent, and the service was sufficient. However, it would be great if the cleanliness in the dining area were improved, especially on the glass door of the beverage refrigerator—just a quick wipe would make a difference. I’m looking forward to returning for more great meals.

Favorite Mexican joint in Eugene. No cheese on tacos and cabbage instead of salad. Great sauce. Great. The Tamales are amazing.

Definitely the best Mexican in Eugene. The best tacos El Pastor I have ever had and their nachos are fantastic! The food is always cooked to order and food is fresh. For the meat on my nachos I chose shrimp, they were crisp (definitely cooked fresh right there) and taste like they were fresh off of the grill. I actually had shrimp taco before this and they add a great marinade and sweet tasting, they paired them with mango salsa which was out of this world. The service is on par with the food, friendly, fantastic and hard working. Thanks for reintroducing me to Pastor Mami's and keep up the A+ food and service!!! Erik H.
