Once my fiancé and I got home and unpacked our meals, I realized that my mac and cheese bowl combo was missing the fries. I called the location to inform them, and they explained that if I came back through the drive-thru, they would give me a small fries, or I could come back tomorrow for them, but there would be no refund. So basically, I paid for a combo and ended up shorted food, not to mention having to waste more gas to get back there. There was no apology from the staff either. I will definitely not be returning to this KFC, especially this location. The quality of the chicken and the service is on a downward spiral. If Colonel Sanders were still alive, he would likely be disappointed in not just the food, but also the service provided by his employees.

They really need to reopen their dining area. Taking their fried chicken home is not an option for me because it gets soggy. They need to adapt to the current times, as they seemed quite satisfied with the way they treated customers during the previous COVID restrictions!

Yummy,yum yum, the chicken sandwiches are super fantastic, not, I repeat not give them one of the delicious French pommes that they smile and really make them want to second. I'm a second time again to the great taste of the best chicken sandwich that only deliver kfccan and until the date my lunch I had today 8 6 2022?

Went there at 7:30 pm and they told me it takes over an hour to cook chicken and closes in a few hours so they refused to make anymore !!! horrible i even found hair on my chicken not very good place to eat
