Japanese Cuisine Masa's Yatai - Eugene

A super yummy dining experience! Having fresh and light food from a food truck is unexpected and so delightful. Salmon Teriyaki is what I ordered. The salmon was cooked beautifully, and the teriyaki sauce was perfectly sweet.The dining area at this food pod was great for a chilly evening once the heaters got turned on.

This place is so good!I always get the vegan fritter plate but I wish they would make hummus again ?For being Mediterranean you would think that’d be a staple !!

Had the curry (no extras). Side of chicken garlic. And side of miso soup. All very good and flavourful.

We just discovered this food cart and loved the food! We had Salmon teriyaki and Saba and they were both delicious! We will definitely come again!

Very delicious! the owner is so nice and the food is amazing! I ordered the veggie curry w/salad and I was amazed by both! 10/10 reccomend!
