Jackalope Lounge - Eugene

Great spot with a pool, darts, and pinball—definitely a win! However, I wish the staff were a bit friendlier. When I walked in, I held the door open for a blonde woman in a cap, and she shot me an unfriendly look for no reason. After that, she went straight behind the bar. Initially, the bartender who served my friend was lively and quick with our orders. But when I handed over my ID, I received that same unwelcoming look. She muttered something under her breath about my ID being expired this year and carelessly tossed it onto the counter. I understand that everyone has off days, but there's a difference between being having a rough day and being outright rude. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

This restaurant does exactly what it sets out to do. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I think the decor could use a bit more personality. However, the staff is fantastic. Summerfield, the bartender, is especially wonderful—he's friendly and fun to be around!

It’s a cozy little bar with excellent service, featuring billiard tables, darts, and pinball machines. I highly recommend trying the BLT sandwich!

The food is always wonderful at Jackalope and they always have drinks at a good price. The service is great and they are usually pretty.

Pretty good food, but even better service. Lots of areas to mingle and hang out for extended periods of time. The bartenders are great and the drinks too.
