I absolutely love this little family restaurant and its owners! The food is quite good, but the homemade biscuits and warm conversations are truly fantastic. They are incredibly kind and efficient with taking orders. Make sure to arrive early to secure a seat!

The only thing that changes here is the decor, and I mean that in a positive way. Some things are better left untouched, and this restaurant is a perfect example. My initial visit was back in 1996, and the food was fantastic then; I’m happy to report it’s just as good today. Although the original owners have retired, their children have successfully carried on the tradition of generous servings of hash browns and enormous burritos. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you’re visiting Eugene, Oregon, this is definitely the spot to go when you’re really hungry. I found that around 10:30 AM is the best time to visit, as it tends to be less crowded than during the earlier breakfast rush. The parking lot has been paved and updated, so you don’t have to worry about leaving with a dusty car! Great job, family! Keep up the great food!

My boyfriend and I dined here last month, and I can't believe it took us so long to try it after passing by countless times! We absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The menu also had plenty of vegetarian options, which was a significant bonus.

This is a wonderful family-owned restaurant with good, efficient service. They manage to serve a large number of people quickly while providing hearty, home-style cooking. I was really glad I stopped in for breakfast since I wasn’t hungry for lunch afterwards!
