El Rancho Taqueria - Eugene

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Eugene. Just wish the camarón diabla was available more often.

Had to grab something quick to eat and went in and ordered a burrito asada. There were barely any customers in but the place was very tidy, clean and had great potential for large groups. The service was great and they had a good variety of jarritos.I loved my burrito which was very good packaged. Perfect mixture of rice, meat and beans. The corn tortilla bread tasted delicious and was quite fresh it seemed.

I purchased two burritos, one chicken and the other beef. The burritos were a good size for the price but was full of salad, rice and beans, barely any meat. The meat lacked seasoning and the salsa that was provided was pretty bland. I would not recommend the burritos.

Super sad tacos. Meat wasnt shredded, tortillas were store bought, and barely cooked. Salsas didnt have much flavor and weren't spicy. But Id come back for the quesibirrias. Couple of tables line the wall and thats it.
