Beppe Gianni's Trattoria - Eugene

This place is fantastic. We just had a perfect evening here (2.5 hours) of pure dining excellence. We usually only go here for special occasions, but decided to stop by on a spur of the moment date night. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed the slow pace. Very good wines here. You will not be disappointed!

I love this place. Very romantic and cozy atmosphere. The food is unparalleled in quality. The chef really knows his stuff. I am getting excited for graduation time coming up. This will be our top choice. It's very close to campus. Excellent wine selection too. Be sure and make a reservation though, the dining area is a little small.

I had wanted to try this restaurant for a while, having heard very good things about it. The owner was a former chef at Mazzi's, and I figured he had to know what he was doing to work at Mazzi's. My husband took me there for our second date, and I enjoyed it immensely. They had a great wine selection, wonderful wait staff who answered all questions, and were very kind and helpful. They were more than happy to bring me a sample of two wines I was trying to decide on. It was very clean and well kept, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. It was expensive $65 for two people) but I thought it was worth it and couldn't complain. I tend to be a picky eater, especially being I have a couple of food allergies, and I explained this to our waitress, who happily suggested several items that would not interfere with these. There was a bit of a line out the door, but they had no problem sitting us in the bar while we waited and ordered drinks. I think we had to wait about 20 minutes, which seems obnoxious, but was totally worth it.

This is a top choice for fine dining. Every entree is prepared to perfection and the service is top-notch. The pasta is super fresh. I have to recommend either the ravioli or lasagna. This place is a little pricey, but well worth it. Always make a reservation, it gets packed on the weekend and after U of O games.

Food was fantastic, we had both salmon that was perfectly cooked with one side of green beans and spaghetti. Started with a roasted garlic, melted cheese thing that was decadent! The service was warm and fast. We parked on a side street without problems. Will definitely go back when we're in Eugene!
