Buying a strawberry milkshake was okay, but not what I expected from Sonic. Maybe they only had a bad day. Will try again

I didn't order much, just a few milkshakes. However, the service was fast and friendly. The employee even took the time to process the payment through two different methods, all with a smile. Very polite and accommodating staff.

The service was quick and friendly. The only downside was that I ordered two foot-long hot dogs and, in my opinion, they were the worst I have ever tasted. They were burnt and overcooked. This was my first disappointment at this restaurant. I will return to discuss this with the manager.

Over time, this restaurant has seen a decline in its facilities. Approximately half of the seating areas have been closed for over a year without any signs of improvement. However, despite these issues, I still give this place a 4-star rating for its exceptional staff. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the management is quick to address any issues that may arise. I suggest downloading their app, as drinks are always half price when you place a mobile order.

I have always loved this sound, but the last year or so it has fallen short. about the half of the windows they enter are out of order or broken. the app works when they are standing close to or in the parking lot, but do not try it in the far away. the orders for the last year were wrong or lacking, while I never had to check my bags before. I've always been begging that sonic was here with chik fil a. they are still with courtesy, which I will say. I've never met a rude hired man and met the manager a few times and I was treated great. this place needs only love and attention. I would like to occupy the great amount of teenagers who like to for the damage, but the company should board and keep the equipment at least from a customer's point of view.
