Already to start you are paid before you have consumed. the buffet is certe at will, but remains very common with a lot of European dishes, few Asian recipes or just the basics desserts are basically mignardises or guimauves and biscuits like Russian cigarettes

A permanent establishment in the long term, for already a few years. a rich and quality buffet, with a daily freshness. possibility to choose its raw foods, and make them prepare for the wok, by the chief, under your eyes bahish. discrete and efficient service. the room is set with tables, in a decor, of the most pleasant. do not rely on the facade (which would deserve to be more welcoming than the existing one). for me, better value for money. long life at this establishment, held perfectly, by the two bosses (madame and sir).
