We were walking in Ettlingen and looking for a coffee. By chance, we came past the small café, which has addressed. All places were occupied except for two tables. On the table there was a note coming from Corona times that now is self-service in the café. There were 3 employees at the counter. But there is total chaos and total planlessness, and it was already a bigger problem to order a coffee, a cappuccino and a little cake. After the preparation of the hot drinks, it is only called into the room that you can pick up your drink. Coffee and cakes were delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it because it's incredibly loud in the café and you can't understand your own word. No trace of cosiness! So we quickly drank our coffee and ate the cake and then paid. This is where the planlessness goes beyond the counter. Conclusion: absolutely not recommended, there are other cozy cafés in the city
