Ellinikon - Etterbeek

This is the finest Greek restaurant in Brussels! The food is exquisite, with a wide range of Greek dishes. We tried Greek meze, fish, and meat dishes! The ambiance is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment! Thank you for everything.

This restaurant, run by a Greek couple, has a lovely atmosphere and serves excellent food. I frequent this place often. At lunchtime, they offer a daily special which may still be available in the evening. For dinner, they serve grilled items such as meat, fish, and calamari, and they have a wide variety of appetizers known as mezze. While the price is reasonable if you only order one dish with a glass of wine, it can add up quickly if you can't resist trying all of their delicious mezze options and indulging in more glasses of wine.

My partner and I recently dined at a delightful Greek restaurant located in the Etterbeek district of Brussels. This was our second visit, but certainly not our last. The food here is simply delicious and expertly prepared. We opted to enjoy our meal mezze-style, sharing a variety of dishes with each other. The taramasalata was particularly outstanding, perhaps the best I have ever had in a Belgian Greek restaurant. The wine suggested by the chef's wife complemented our dinner perfectly. I cannot praise this restaurant enough. Upon our arrival at 8:30 pm yesterday, we found that almost every table in the restaurant was already taken.

We went for dinner with friends and shared a few mezze which were good, but not special and a fish mixed grill. The fish and sea food was fresh, but overpriced compared to other Greek restaurants. At the end of the meal as we were the last customers, you could see the owners really wanted us to leave and were lurking around the table or looking at us. All is all there are better Greek restos in BXL.

It it a family restaurant where quite a few regular customers/owner's friends/relatives eat. The food is nice, fresh, quickly cooked. The service is friendly, typical Greek kitchen, but I personally think that the prices are a bit too high vs. other Greek restaurants. And given the fact that the interior of the place is more like family type, not fancy at all, I'd expect a bit more food for that money.
