The venue is charming, and the service is delightful, thanks to Tira, who is the perfect host for this cute little plant-based café. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the food because she offers dairy milk for coffee, which contradicts my dietary beliefs. When I asked why she sells cow's milk, her response was that they are plant-based, not vegan. However, it seems to fall short of both definitions. I hope she starts using the term 'plant-based' correctly, as her current signage and sandwich boards can be misleading. While she does offer plant-based milk options, they come at a higher price. I look forward to supporting this business when it genuinely aligns with the principles of a plant-based establishment. Updated from my previous review on 2021-02-08.

After my morning surf, I stopped by this place and was welcomed by some incredibly friendly staff. They offered an excellent selection of plant-based salads, snacks, smoothies, and juices. The coffee was outstanding. I’m really glad I started my day on a high note by visiting this café. I will definitely return for the great atmosphere and delicious food!

I had an incredible experience at Innerglow Kiosk! The welcoming and attentive team made me feel right at home in their beautiful space. They offer a fantastic selection of plant-based dishes, salads, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and delightful treats. Plus, the coffee is the best I've ever had! I highly recommend checking out this amazing café. I know I'll be back every day!

Just what the Central Coast needed! A beautiful little plant based locale offering seasonal plant based foods, beautifully presented local baked goods and treats and 100% locally sourced and cold pressed juices. Owner and operator Tira and team offer an exquisite product in a beautifully curated space nestled in one of NSW’s most visited beachside suburbs. This place is a feast for the tastebuds and a must see for plant based foods and the best cold pressed juices I have had. Well done, would recommend!

When I inquired about the presence of cow's milk, Tira mentioned that they identify as plant-based rather than vegan. However, I believe these terms should not be used interchangeably. I hope they start using 'plant-based' correctly, as their current signage and sandwich boards can be misleading. While they do offer plant-based milk, it comes at a higher price.
